Done Right! helps consumers find home improvement professionals in more than 100 categories including home repair, home remodeling and home improvement. Done Right's directories, available in print and online, feature qualified and reputable service professionals that have been carefully pre-screened and relentlessly reviewed. Done Right! guarantees the work of its Service Providers' services, removing the fear and uncertainty that is usually associated with home care and improvement projects.
Is there a charge to use the Done Right! Directory?
Absolutely not. The Done Right! directory is free for all consumers.
What is the Done Right! Guarantee?
The Done Right! Guarantee ensures that the work you asked the Done Right! Service Providers to do was, in fact, Done Right! - done the way you and the Service Provider agreed it should be done.
If the work you contracted for was not done right, we'll try to facilitate a good outcome for you and the Service Provider. And if we can't do that, we'll either find and pay for another Service Provider to do the work right or, at our option, reimburse you up to $10,000 for money you paid the Service Provider for work that was not done right.

How do I know when a Done Right! pro is guaranteed?
All guaranteed service pros have the Done Right! Guarantee logo next to their listing.
Why are some Done Right! Service Providers not guaranteed?
Some Service Providers in the Done Right! Directory are not guaranteed because they:
- Serve a category like Real Estate or Antiques where it is difficult for us to make a meaningful consumer guarantee; or,
- Are good enough to be included in the Directory but require more feedback from customers and trade professionals before they can be elevated to "Guaranteed" status.
Why do I have to register to get the Done Right! Guarantee?
The registration process ensures that Done Right! can effectively extend the Guarantee to those consumers that use our service.

How do you use the information I supply?
Your privacy is important to us. We do not give your phone number to any of our Service Providers until you actually call them. Once you have called a Service Provider, they can call you back and you are, from that point forward, subject to the Service Provider's own policies regarding customer communication.
Why do most of these local Service Providers have 800 numbers?
Each toll-free number is unique to each Service Provider, allowing Done Right! to track all the work that is done by each provider for every customer. Essentially, it's this tracking that allows Done Right! to provide its guarantee.
I called a Service Provider in your Directory and was told that he/she is no longer approved. What happened?
Any Service Providers that aren't providing the best service possible are subject to being dropped from the directory.
When a Done Right! Service Provider is de-listed, we typically offer you a choice of Done Right! Service Providers in the same category known to be in good standing.
What does "Best At" mean?
The "Best At" section is a fast and efficient way to identify the Done Right! Service Providers who offer what you need. However, it is important to note that "Best At" is not to be read as "Only Does." A Done Right! Service Provider may also be very skilled at other services. "Best At" is a way for our Service Pros to tell you their specialties.
What does Relentlessly Reviewed mean?
As we like to say, "It's hard to get in the Done Right! Directory and even harder to stay in." Reviews from consumers, licensing status, insurance coverage and complaint history are continuously monitored. That's what it means to be relentlessly reviewed. And you - the all-important consumer - are essential to our quality control system. There are two ways to let us know about a poor experience with a Done Right! Service Provider:
