Prescreened Contractors Done Right
Done Right! prescreens every contractor in its database. These contractors must have valid licenses, and both the right type and amount of insurance needed to prevent client liability.
A Done Right! contractor must be in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. Complaints to the BBB must be handled in good faith and in a timely manner, or else the contractor loses the right to a Done Right! listing.
Done Right! continuously monitors contractor reliability. The directory requests customer feedback after each job. A contractor who receives negative feedback must immediately rectify the problem to the customer’s satisfaction. Contractors who fail to do so are removed from the directory under the terms of Done Right’s One Strike Quality Control policy.
The Done Right! Guarantee
Sometimes, despite the most careful quality control, a customer and contractor have disagreements. In these cases, Done Right! works with both parties to resolve such issues. If resolution proves impossible, Done Right! either pays another contractor to finish the job or reimburses the customer up to $1,000 for costs paid to the original contractor.
Done Right! Directory Information
A Done Right! directory listing offers more than the contractor’s name and business address. Each listing includes a list of areas the contractor serves, licensing information, association memberships and the contractor's specialties. Directory listings also include a contractor biography and a toll-free contact number.
