Business Bio: Seventy years ago, E.L. Bruce was faced with a dilemma – termites in his hardwood flooring products. Realizing that he was not alone in his fight against termites, he founded Terminix in 1927 and earned the first U.S. patent for a termite control procedure.

From Fledgling to Industry Leader
